DUNBLANE

The Dunblane tartan comes from a portrait of Peregrine, the second Viscount Dunblane, who died in 1729. The portrait hangs in Hornby Castle, Yorkshire. It was included in The Authenticated Tartans of the Clans and Families of Scotland by William and Andrew Smith in 1850
